Six Forks is always the first theater I check the listings for -- it's my favorite Raleigh theater. Easy parking, no stairs, friendly, efficient staff which doesn't turn over often, good admission and great concession prices, clean restrooms.

My favorite movie theater by a mile...
Nice folks, great popcorn, reasonable prices, easy parking...if Mayberry had a theater, it would be Six Forks Station Cinema :) -
Haven't been here in several years. What a surprise to reconnect with a very nice, friendly, intimate theater. We'll be coming back for more. Great popcorn and caring people to take your order. Love it!

I love this place!!! Very reasonable prices for tickets and refreshments, which include beer or wine if you\'re so inclined. A large popcorn and two drinks cost less than $10. Senior discount on tickets on weekdays. Six small theatres, usually with plenty of choice, convenient parking, friendly staff, first run movies. Oh yeah, the volume is typically \'normal\' -- not deafening rock concert levels.

When we\'re in the mood for a movie, my husband and I always check first to see what\'s on here! Older audience, plenty of parking, no crowds of teens, friendly staff and great popcorn. Can\'t beat it!

This movie theatre is terrific! Very comfortable, fresh popped pop corn and serves beer & wine. does it get any better! Hopefully the little neighborhood place can stay alive. It is our favorite!

Best keep secret in town, not new but updated and comfortable. If you go during the week or even during the weekend the crowds are great, even so that me and the wife describe 6 Forks Cinema as our Home Theater. Sometimes we are the only ones there.

Great older theatre in North Raleigh. No stadium seating, but updated and the crowds are usually very small, so you can sit where you like and not deal with all the noise from the masses patronizing the newer theatres. Concession prices more reasonable than most places. Hope this place stays in business til the new Cypress retirement city opens next door in late 2008. Very convenient to a lot of people in north Raleigh.
